Mello is an independently developed free block puzzle. Use the self-service pages below for gameplay help, privacy, and account actions. This page identifies who publishes mellopuzzle.com.
Publisher
Mello is developed and published by Michael Schillereff. The public website is mellopuzzle.com. Optional accounts are hosted on a dedicated account origin for security. Product documentation, including how-to guides and fairness notes, is original to this site.
Gameplay and install help
For rules, offline play, install steps, and troubleshooting, use Support and the Guides library. Those pages are the official self-service resources and do not require signing in.
Accounts and sign-in
Create, verify, recover, or delete an optional account from Account. Password resets and email verification messages are sent by Firebase to the address you used at sign-up. Account actions need an internet connection.
Privacy and data
Read the privacy policy for what stays on your device, what optional accounts store, how Google AdSense may load on the website, and how deletion works. Local game data is cleared from the browser or by uninstalling the app; online accounts are deleted from the account page.
Terms and advertising
Website use is covered by the terms of use. Advertising never changes pieces, scores, difficulty, or the shared Daily seed. The fair play guide explains those boundaries in plain language.
Why there is no contact form
Mello is intentionally self-serve: the game works without messaging the developer, and support content is published on the site so every player gets the same answers. This contact page exists so reviewers, partners, and players can identify the publisher and the correct help destinations. It does not collect messages through a form and does not list a public inbox that would become spam.
